Bronzes are cast in a foundry from patterns that Paul carves in wood. Complex ones are cast using the lost wax process; but bowls and bells are cast using the sand cast process. Paul does the finishing, polishing and patination.
Bells are of the Burmese Buddhist style and can be used as a house bell, for meditation groups and as a free standing sculpture in a garden setting. The bells are struck either with a wood mallet or can have a bronze central clapper and chord.
